‘Customer loyalty is the result of consistently positive emotional experience, physical attribute-based satisfaction and perceived value of an experience, which includes the product or services.

In today’s competitive global business landscape, a mere customer satisfaction alone would not help an organization to thrive and be successful in their business. We need highly satisfied customers who would engage with us continuously and offer profitable business which is quite crucial to succeed in the long-run. Customer loyalty is the measure of assured success. The customer feels totally happy to choose your product against another, voluntarily. In course of time, they become, ‘brand loyal’. Supplying goods of good quality, redressing the problems of a customer without delay and great support services throughout the life of a product would help a company to ensure profitability and success.
