About Us!

imag Global Journal of Contemporary Research in Accounting, Auditing and Business Ethics, an open access, peer-reviewed (double-blind) online monthly journal, provides a unique platform for the academicians, practitioners and researchers in the field of accounting and auditing. The topics can be forensic accounting, auditing, money laundering, financial and white-collar crimes such as Ponzi schemes, Pyramid Schemes, Work-at-home Schemes, Charity Fraud, and other closely-related disciplines. The Journal will publish the original, innovative and socially relevant research works in order to create responsiveness on the part of investors. GJCRA intends to create awareness among the investors across the globe as they have lost billions of dollars in several fraudulent schemes. The unscrupulous people tempt and victimize the gullible investors with sky-high promises. The Journal attempts to take preventive measures in this regard.

The journal aims at publishing peer-reviewed articles with the following objectives:

To provide a platform for high quality and original research on contemporary topics in the field of accounting;
To ignite discussions on the quality of audit which is performed by audit firms in light of the various scandals that shook the World during the past two decades and offer suitable suggestions to the audit community in order to avert recurrence of such unsavory events in the future;
To suggest advanced measures to firmly deal with various issues surrounding the criminal aspects of financial transactions which occur very often in this internet era. Criminals and economic offenders have been operating in a highly clandestine manner;
To offer researchers, academicians, planners, policy makers, practitioners and scholars, a huge source of valuable research-based information to inculcate ethical and responsible financial behavior on the part of corporate executives/investors/decision makers in both financial and non-financial transactions.
