With the advent of ‘online marketing’ as a powerful promotional and marketing tool, it is obvious that consumers would not be willing to purchase goods and services from a ‘stranger’. Understandably, it becomes an absolute necessity to build up the highest level of confidence in the minds of consumers on the products one is offering. One method by which a seller can assure this phenomenon to a prospective buyer is to increase his ‘online’ presence, quite prominently with continuous updates and postings on the social media.
